School is.... DONE!

For this semester anyway.  On Wednesday I had a test and a final assignment, and then I was all done!  It feels great.  So now I'm workin' something close to full-time... and possibly getting a second job. :(  Awesome summer.  On Thursday there was a big meeting in the Conference Center for young single adults, in which they completely changed everything in the young single adult program.  They created new stakes, and new wards.  Bottom line; my church is at 1 now, not 11.  This is great news.
So what else has been keeping me busy??  Well... Me and Cord have been HOUSE SHOPPING.  Yikes.  But so exciting!  I can't believe I have to grow up.  Here is the house we are thinking of...

 

Plus Sides:
Super cute like a little red barn
The yard (Has a place for me to plant a garden, and has a firepit spot)
Location (Only like 2 minutes from the freeway entrance in Layton, and THE MALL)
The inside is completely remodeled!  It is so nice!!
There's a dishwasher!
The PRICE!  It is exactly what we're looking for price-wise.

Down Sides:
SPACE.  Ok, it's only 781 square feet.  Where would I put stuff??
Along with that, the bedroom size.  10 X 10... yep, about enough room for a bed and that's it.
There is no air-conditioning.  To add central air would cost us $1500...
The creepy crawl space under the house.  I am about 97% sure dead bodies live there.

So.... what do we do??  I don't know.  Tough decision!!!
