Christmas Time

So, life has been crazy lately.  I'll recap what's been happening.

• We are officially moved into Cord's parents' basement.  Pretty much.  There's still a tiny bit of unpacking to do... 
• For Thanksgiving we went to my parents' place.  It was fun to see my side of the family.
• We went to the Festival of Trees a couple of weeks ago.  Aria thought it was great for a little... then she decided she'd had enough.
  
  • Aria had to get blood-tested to see if she has the same disease I have (HHT).  We get the results back in 2-3 weeks.  It was super upsetting for them to poke and prod her, especially since they couldn't find a good vein in her little arms so it took 3 separate tries.  
  • Little Aria turned 2 months old yesterday!  I can't believe how quickly the time has gone!  She is very good at holding her head up on her own, and she is crazy-vocal.  It seems like every day she is figuring out new things to do with her voice.  It is hilarious.  She loves to be bounced and she loves looking at lights.  She prefers to sleep right next to mom rather than in her pack-n-play.  :/.  Yeah... we're working on that. 
    
    • We went to our annual "friend Christmas party" at my friend Lindsay's house.  It was super fun.  Naturally, we had to take a picture of Aria and Aiden being the best of friends. 
      
      • Lastly, I've decided to start another blog.  Maybe we should blame my OCD-brain, but I never know whether I should blog about my thoughts and feelings and opinions, or just provide an update of what's been going on with our little family.  So, this blog will be the "events" blog, and my new one will be just me talking!  (So don't feel like you need to read it :)
