I Know I'm Not a Mom Yet But...

I love my little baby so much already.  I feel her kick pretty much every day now, and when I'm laying in bed trying to fall asleep and I feel her little kicks, I just have to smile to myself.  She's quite the active little thing.  And by the way, the ultrasound tech last week told me that she's so sure it's a girl, she'll buy the kid boy clothes if it turns out to be a boy.  :)
So there's my cue to buy stuff!  Don't worry, I'm not going TOO overboard.  Just a car seat, stroller, and changing table are on the way!
Meanwhile, work is getting harder for me.  It's exhausting me to stand for even four hours at a time, and I'm coming home now with horribly aching feet and some serious lower back pain.  On the upside though, I haven't had to pop a Zofran in weeks.  Goodbye nausea!
Cord's life is busy as ever.  He is still doing summer school.  Right now he's just got online English and psychology.  He's working on orders at base this week as well.
And that's basically life right now.  Doesn't get more exciting than that.

Oh, here's me 22 weeks along..

Halfway Done, Oregon, and Some Other Things

Wellllll I'm more than halfway done with my pregnancy.  It's kind of a relief, and kind of scary!  It's starting to hit me that I'll be a mom in 4 months!  I'm starting to panic about getting everything done.  Ha ha all I've got so far is a crib, and a couple pacifiers.
Me and Cord took a spontaneous trip to Oregon last weekend.  We were wanting to go anyways this summer, and we both ended up with a four-day weekend, so we figured, why not?  I'd rather travel when I'm NOT a huge whale yet, anyways.  It was so fun.  We found people to watch Kuzco and Harley, and took off on a 14 hour road trip!  We stayed in Twin Falls the first night, then drove all day Friday til we got to Pacific City.  Saturday we hung out at the beach and drove to Lincoln City to see Iron Man 3, then Sunday we drove to Tillamook to go to the cheese factory (best ice cream ever) and went to the beach a little more... then Monday we drove ALL THE WAY home.  Yuck.  But the trip was so fun.  It was a much needed vacation.  And we aren't planning to go on another trip til next fall when we take little child to Disneyland.  I already can't wait.
Garrett has left on his mission!  It's crazy!
And that's pretty much it, for now.  I think.

Oh, here's me at 20 weeks pregnant..
