Christmas and a New Year

So Christmas came and went.  It's kind of a relief to have it over, I'm not gonna lie.  Now that I'm an adult the holidays are stressful!  Lots of parties, cooking, spending money, and other stuff.
My parents got me and Cord matching PJ's to wear on Christmas Eve.  We are adorable.

We went to dinner at Buca di Beppo's with Cord's family on Christmas Eve.  It was so fun to see everyone!  Cord's brother Chase and his family were in town as well, so it was especially fun to see them.

Christmas Day we spent with my family this year.  We got lots of fun stuff; I got an awesome spa day that I'm using in a couple weeks, a crockpot, and a bunch of giftcards.  Cord got a new Kinnect (or however you spell it) and a really nice new hunting backpack.  We probably spent a lot of money on our puppies since we have no kids to buy for... ha ha.
Cord's birthday is New Years Eve, so his parents took us to dinner, and I got him a new X Box! (Our old one was dying)
New Years Eve was also the night my little sister Sloan got engaged!  How exciting for her!  The big day is May 11.  I'm excited for her fiance Justin to join our family, he is a great guy.
I spent last week wedding dress shopping with Sloan.  Fun!  She found her dress.  I can't post a picture of it, but here's the back of one she ALMOST got.  Ha ha.

Anyways, this week is back to real life.  Back to school, back to work, and back to bills.  Bleh.
